One bedroom corner apartment in Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower on Miami beach. Guests access to amenities is included in the rate along two complimentary Lapis Spa access passes (no services included). The unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms.
1066 sq. ft. room sleeps 4 guests comfortably, to accommodate a 5th guest a rollaway bed may be rented from the hotel for $60 per bed, per night plus taxes.
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed in the bedroom, one full size sofa sleeper in the living room that pulls out of the sofa, and up to 2 extra rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for $60/night each plus tax.

This expansive One Bedroom, Two Full Bath Suite offers a fully furnished balcony with magnificent wraparound panoramic views of the Bay, downtown Miami and the Ocean. Your private master Bedroom offers a spacious King size bed, 32 High Definition LCD TV.
Your luxurious Marble 5 Fixture Master Bath offers granite countertops, oversized Jacuzzi tub, Bidet and Separate Glass Enclosed shower.
Your Living and Dining areas feature plush furniture, with refined accent pieces, 37 High Definition LCD TV, full sized Sleeper Sofa, and second full Bath offering a glass enclosed shower.
Your full size kitchen offers appliances including a full sized Washer/Dryer, microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.
Please note hotel charges NOT included in the rate:
1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax
2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient guest fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $205 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $95/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $205 plus tax.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.
