Our beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The open-concept living areas feature hand-painted Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Dining: Gather around the main dining table (seats 6) or the high-top table (seats 4) for family meals.
• Connectivity: Stay connected with blazing-fast WiFi (typically 300-600 Mbps). Central AC and heating ensure year-round comfort.

Fully equipped to handle everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A spacious 210 sq. ft. retreat featuring a King-size bed, 55-inch 4K Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and blackout curtains for a perfect night’s sleep.
• Bedroom 2: A cozy 131 sq. ft. room with a Queen-size bed and blackout curtains.
• Bedroom 3 (Kids’ Room): A fun 131 sq. ft. space featuring a Bunk Bed, perfect for the little ones, complete with blackout curtains.

To ensure the water is perfectly warm for your stay, heating is available upon request (requires 4 hours advance notice):
• Pool Heating: $80/day (8 hours) - Heated to 85°F.
• Spa Heating: $50/use (8 hours) - Heated to 95°F.
House Rules for a Peaceful Stay:
We love our quiet neighborhood and ask that you help us maintain its peaceful environment. By booking, you agree to the following:
• No Parties or Events.
• No Outside Visitors (Only registered guests allowed).
• No Pets.
• No Smoking (Strictly enforced indoors to prevent third-hand smoke. Light smoking is permitted on the back patio only).
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down, especially outdoors.
Security & Privacy:
For your safety and the security of the property, we have 4 exterior cameras (Front Doorbell, Driveway, Pool/Spa area, and Fire Pit area). These cameras only record when motion is detected and are never actively monitored during your stay. There are NO cameras inside the home. We also use noise-monitoring devices outside to ensure neighborhood quiet hours are respected.
