This condo is on the side of the building facing South providing a beautiful Southern exposure on the balcony.
The primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular ocean and river views. With a large walk-in closet, over-sized walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The ocean view second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains two full beds. The ocean view third bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom between the two guest bedrooms.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
