Top rated unit with all updates. First floor walk in condo, with 1 KING bed, 1 Queens bed & 1 set of twin beds. Unit has high chairs & playpens (2) and a sofa sleeper in living room. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV with Roku. There is a large 55" Smart TV, Disney+ and DVD player in living room. Comfortable NEW KING bed and mattress in master bedroom and upgraded queen mattress in 2nd bedrm.
Resort has 4 swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, large sand area with volleyball & ping-pong, 2 pickle ball cts, bag-game, pool table, bags, foosball, Extended nature walking trail, tetherball, basket ball, and bar/restaurant, Spa, fishing pier, splash pad/water play area, playground and grills with picnic areas are on property. This is a 24 hour gated community.
