This is a one of a kind property. It is a two story Key West style home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full-bathrooms. It is professionally decorated in a modern style, yet very comfortable. There are balconies on the second floor in the front and the back of the home. These balconies have seating and run the full length of the home. The home offers a split plan with each bedroom on a different side of the house. The kitchen is modern and is part of a very open floor plan. Downstairs includes a game room that is approximately 2200 square feet. The game room is not air conditioned as it is part of the garage which is decorated. The games include ping pong, pool, air hockey, foos ball, game boards and more. Outside the sliding glass doors is a beautiful lap pool which is completely private. This home is within walking distance to the Gulfport shops and restaurants, the bay and other amenities. It is within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg or St. Pete Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is not suitable for babies, toddlers, and small children as the living space is on the second floor and there are stairs which are not safe for babies, toddlers and young children.
