Everything in this home is top of the line, fully furnished with only the finest quality furniture including one of a kind custom made pieces and is designed to provide the premier vacation property in all the land. The home is located a mere 20-minute drive to the Strip in the most exclusive enclave in all of Lake Las Vegas yet provides the utmost privacy and luxury.
The home itself is akin to a work of art as the architecture is nothing short of awe-inspiring. As you enter through the front door you are greeted by a rotunda encircled by a three-story stairway culminating a “must-see” chandelier hanging from the ceiling abreast of the third floor railing. Looking ahead you see the open living area featuring a large window showcasing a breath-taking view of Lake Las Vegas, pillars over hardwood floors and a simply fabulous seating area. To the right is one of the dining area adjacent to expansive windows and fireplace where you can eat under a crystal chandelier like few others which reflects against the cantilevered ceiling creating a light show all its own.
Like every other room in the house, the kitchen has a wonderful view of Lake Las Vegas. It also has everything you or your chef needs to prepare a range of meals from cereal to veal ossobuco. From the casual to the epic this kitchen provides all the equipment and utensils to enjoy the one of a kind culinary experience only this home can provide. In addition to a large island, there is also a bar making this the perfect kitchen in which to socialize. Adjacent to the kitchen is the massive living room (really 3 different rooms) with tables, a huge new television and comfortable couches and chairs. All of the furnishings are of the finest quality from skilled craftsmen whose artistic creations we trust you will appreciate and enjoy.
There are too many bedrooms suites to describe each in detail, but as you can see from the photos each suite is equipped with premium beds, sofas and the finest bedding available as well as walk in closets and televisions. The bathroom suites are a site to behold on their own including walk in showers, sunken baths, his and hers vanities and closets, all new stone floors and perhaps most importantly, large, soft and cushy towels.
Of course, what would a home like this be without a dedicated movie room with tiered seating consisting of large leather recliners sufficient to seat 15 or more people. Adjacent to the movie room are multiple game rooms with brand new pool tables (2), card tables (2), bars, ping pong tables, foosball table and other games. As if this isn’t enough, one of the game rooms is furnished in tribute to Las Vegas’ newest residents and we call it The Raider Room. In the event your time in the game rooms wears you out – or you just want to relax - the home includes a message room with new tables and all the accoutrements to revitalize your entire body and soul.
We know this is a large house, so in case you don’t feel like walking the entire 18,000 plus square feet, it has stairs and an elevator. If after traversing the home you feel like refreshments, feel free to retreat to the wine cellar/tasting room which can hold up to 5,000 bottles of wine from your preferred varietals. If you have a friend who is a Sommelier, this is the place to show them last otherwise they may not see the rest of the home.
As much as we love the interior of the home, perhaps our favorite place to spend time is in the back yard overlooking Lake Las Vegas. The layout almost defies description as it includes two infinity pools and jacuzzi’s with a walking bridge connecting both the wings of the homes as well as the pools. Dueling fountains fill the main pool from the side of the bridge making for perhaps the most stunning views in all of Nevada outside of the Strip at night. The backyard is fully furnished with top-quality furniture and all you will need to maximize the amazing experience this one-of-a-kind “back yard” provide.
