It is a full equipment, so that a rental is also possible for longer periods. The apartment includes a parking space for your vehicle and a balcony where you can enjoy warm summer days. Since it is a non-smoking apartment, the balcony is of course equipped with an ashtray for smoking breaks.

The A44 motorway entrance between Bochum and Dortmund can be reached at a short distance (1 KM) without the motorway being seen or heard.
The Witten Annen Nord train station can be reached on foot in 11 minutes (900 m). From there you can take the S5 via Witten Mitte to Hagen or Dortmund. From Witten Mitte you have connections to Hagen and Bochum-Essen-Duisburg-Düsseldorf.
There is a bus stop on line 375 in the immediate vicinity, with a connection to downtown Witten, Witten Hbf and UNI Bochum as the terminus. At the train station you can use line 320 with destination via Witten-city center and Herbede to Sprockhövel. Along the route is the Hohenstein and the worth seeing Blankenstein Castle, from both places you have a wonderful view of the Ruhr valley that you can enjoy.

Shops are within walking distance (Aldi 10 minutes / net 13 minutes). In the small center of Annen there is a post office / restaurants / flower shops / bakers / doctors in the Centro Vital and pharmacies in a 15-minute walk. A Real and Lidl can also be reached by car.

The apartment is available for up to 4 people. There is a 1.60 m wide box spring bed in the bedroom and a professional sofa bed with a metal bed frame and 15 cm high gel mattress in the living room (lying surface 1.30 m). The apartment is also equipped with cable television, WiFi and a sound system. An office table was provided in the bedroom for light office tasks. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and small dishwasher. You will also find a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a Senseo Pad machine for a quick hot cup. In the hall you will find a storage room in which both household items and food can be stored. The apartment is on the 4th Upper floor and is easily accessible by elevator. There are some steps on the floor, so that it is unfortunately not possible to rent them to wheelchair users.
