Welcome to our beach house in the beautiful Baabe on Rügen! Our 70 square meters large detached house in Sweden Stand style (Non smoking, 2 to 6 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in cot) is very close to the beach, right in the dune forest of Baabe. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with lots of light wood and at the same time modern, comfortable and fully equipped. This number includes both the modern comfort kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cleaning supplies and more and the comfort of a heated floor, the LCD TV in HD quality, satellite connection for high program diversity and a DVD player with radio. A comfortable large living area and fireplace with window completes our means. And so you can enjoy your holiday relaxed with us, all costs for electricity, water and heating and Wi-Fi is already included in the price! The house has three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are equipped with double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two separate single beds (each 0.80m x 2.00m) & # 150; well suited for singles or children, dresser and shelf. On the ground and upstairs are each a bath with large mirror, toilet, shower and hairdryer. On living / dining area to the covered terrace (South / East) connects with table, chairs and barbecue. From there you can look directly to the dune, behind which connects Baabe white sand beach. A travel cot is included. A laundry with washer and dryer is available for use (for a fee) available. Parking close to the state House. Do you have a pet that you want to bring? Gladly this is possible at an additional cost. Are you on the spot, so we have for more additional services (for a fee) directly in the Dunes Park. You can relax in our wellness area in the basement of our bakeries z. B. in the sauna. Our beach houses are located in a green forest idyll in Baaber Duenenpark directly on Baabe fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. From your front door you will be just a few feet right in the sand on the dune across to the beach. We offer right on the beach a wonderful holiday in one of our cozy and comfortably furnished large beach house with 70m² (up to 6 persons), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, (underfloor) heating and sauna at the nearby spa on request ensure even in winter for comfort. All kinds of shops and several shops are located within 1.5 km. In season Baabe supermarkets are open on Sunday. The tourist tax includes the use of our "Lütt Bahn" (stops nearby), with which you can travel free of charge within Baabe. The nature around our beach houses invites you to walks and cycling trips. By bicycle, car and partly on our nostalgic "Orlando Furioso" can be reached Ruegen attractions such. B.
