From the living and dining area and from the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the garden and the nature. Various sitting areas invite you to linger and relax in nature. The newly built kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a spacious fridge with a large freezer and a dishwasher. A coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and an extensive range of crockery complement the well-equipped kitchenette. The shared meals can be taken at a cozy dining table in the middle of the room. The bedroom of the apartment has a double bed (2 x 80 x 200cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The blackout curtains on both windows overlook the beautiful garden. The entire floor of the apartment is designed with tiles and underfloor heating. Under the carpot is a parking lot with a separately lockable bike shed available. In the basement there is a laundry room with a separate washing machine and a drying room. The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating costs.
