The duplex holiday apartment is located in the 2nd OG of a beautiful multi-family house in a very good location directly behind the Baltic Sea dike. It is only a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach, where a beach chair belonging to the apartment awaits you from the beginning of May to the end of September.
The bright, family-friendly holiday home for well-being can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. There is in the upper bedroom next to the double bed a children's play and sleeping area before (mattress 200 cm x 90 cm and cot 165 cm x 75 cm). So the apartment is equally ideal for 4 adults as well as for 2 adults and 2 children (see below).
The furnishing and decor of the apartment is tasteful and practical. The apartment is oriented to the southeast. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun all day, if it seems - but in California it seems mostly (honest !!!). From the balcony (sufficient furniture is available) you have a nice lateral view to the Baltic Sea beach.
The living area is characterized by a cozy sitting and sofa bed. Of course, you will find a flat-screen TV with DVB receiver and a mini-stereo system with CD player. A rich collection of games should ensure that not a long time comes up.
The open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker with 2-plate ceramic hob, oven and extractor fan. The dining area adjoins.
The living area leads to a separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is functional with a generous shower, sink and toilet.
A space-saving staircase ("samba stairs") takes you to the upper area of the apartment. Here is a full bedroom with a double bed available and in the same room the children's play and sleeping area with sleeping facilities for a large child (on the mattress) and a child up to 7 years (in the cot). In addition, here is a DVD player with screen available.
The apartment house includes lockable bicycle storage facilities, which you share with the other residents. In the attic of the house there is a laundromat and a coin launderer.
Ironing board, iron and clothes horse are available in the apartment.
