The 54m² comfortable three-room apartment for non-smokers in the Villa Rosita has two separate, completely darkened bedrooms; one with double bed in comfort height for easy entry and exit and with two single beds, also in comfort height. In the bedroom with double bed you will find a large spacious wardrobe and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a large dresser.
Both bedrooms are completely darkened. The bright living room with open fitted kitchen is the center of the apartment. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, blender etc as well as a generous equipment with dishes, glasses and pots. If necessary, there is also an iron and ironing board.
Ideal for families with and without children - altogether max. 4 people spend their holidays together. The apartment has two beautiful balconies - each with seating for four people. One balcony faces southeast, the other is south-west facing. So you can enjoy both the first morning coffee and the glass of wine in the evening in the open air! On the beach chairs you can sunbathe and relax.
Books for reading and reading, games for all ages, CDs, guides, cycling and hiking maps, umbrellas, toys for children, children's crockery. The VCR has a large video collection for all ages. The shower room offers many shelves.

The Villa Rosita is centrally located and quiet in the old spa u. Villa quarter of the old fishing village. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. The shops, fashion shops, supermarkets, fish restaurants, post office, doctors, pharmacy, etc. are within easy walking distance. To the harbor on the lagoon you stroll through the picturesque village; past the fisherman who sells the freshly caught Baltic fish. In the harbor you can book boat and boat tours over the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea!
Bring your own bicycles can be accommodated in the lockable bike shed. The parking space is included. Dogs welcome by arrangement!
