Einfamilienhaus in sonniger ruhiger Ortsrandlage mit wunderschönem Panoramablick in die Berchtesgadener und Chiemgauer Alpen. Zentrale Lage für viele Ausflugsziele wie Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Königssee, Chiemsee, Burghausen, Altötting usw. Bekannte Radwege wie der Mozartradweg, Tauern-u. Bajuwarenradweg führen direkt durch Laufen. Unser familienfreundlicher Badesee, genannt Abtsdorfer See, liegt nur 1,5 km von unserem Haus entfernt.
Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine abgeschlossene und großzügige Einheit im Obergeschoß eines in besonders ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand liegenden Landhauses mit direkt angrenzenden Feldern und Wiesen. Auf ca. 90 m² finden bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder eine gemütliche, aus 2 Schlafzimmern, großer Wohnküche, Kinderzimmer, Diele, Bad und separater Toilette bestehende Wohnung vor. Vom geräumigen Westbalkon aus genießen Sie ein unverbautes Alpenpanorama vom Watzmann bis zur Kampenwand.

Kinder bis 6 Jahre sind frei.
Einmal pro Woche können Sie die Waschmaschine und den Wäschetrockner kostenlos nutzen.
Auf Wunsch können die Doppelbetten auch getrennt gestellt werden.
