This house sits 2 blocks off main road, easy access to freeway, and, within walking distance, you will find bars/restaurants, movie theaters, indoor/outdoor shopping malls, bike trails, boat/canoe launch park, and many beautiful parks. It's truly a central location to get to whitesand beaches like Huguenot Memorial Park, Zoo, museums, Jacksonville Beaches where you drive, bike or picnic right on the shore, to St. Augustine Historic sites, and to local, beautiful spring water parks, etc...
Overall, this beautiful home and its a sincere and peaceful neighborhood is where family and children could find their vacation very safe, comfortable and fun.
Our rules and expectations:
1. All children must be supervised by adults over 18 yrs old.
2. No fireworks, no firearm allowed anywhere on property.
3. One surveillance camera is placed for your security outside at front door and one in over the garage door.
4. Noise ordinance: 9pm-7am quiet hours. Please be mindful of our senior next door neighbors on both sides and in front of our home.
5. Only 6 registered guests is allowed to stay at the house.
6. NO SMOKING! Subject to a $500 violation fee.
7. NO PARTY ALLOWED. Subject to a $500 violation fee. Guests will be asked to leave after the first violation and no refund will be issued.
8. No gathering is permitted in small groups in front of the property.
9. All local guests are required a $250 deposit which will be refunded if house rules are not violated during the reservation.
10. The garage is not included in this rental.
11. Please shut the door behind you, every time you enter or come out. Florida tropical weather produces lots bugs, naturally. Do not leave any door or window open. You may adjust the A/C temperature to your comfort level.
12. We accept any short term booking for 2 days to 27 days only.
