You enter the property through an enchanting and quiet garden. Some stone steps lead down to the house (not barrier-free!). To the right of your access is a small, babbling brook. The property is located in 35m as the crow flies to the Ammersee. It is a 10-minute walk to the dock of the steamer.
The apartment, which you reach via a staircase, has a separate entrance on the first floor. It consists of two bright rooms, has a total of 70 square meters and offers a generous view of park-like gardens from the clerical window of the studio. Up to 4 people plus toddler (cot available) can be easily found here. A small gallery in the living room has a desk and is accessible via a wooden ladder. The large living-dining room is open and spacious. In the rear area there is a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed with a spacious sunbathing area. TV, stereo with radio and free Wi-Fi are of course available. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
