It is part of a two-sided farm (former horse farm). It is ideal for 2-3 families with children, as there is practically no car traffic and the overall property allows a lot of leeway in the area. In the summer months in particular there is an abundance of daytime activities, the listing of which would go beyond the possibilities here. (Summer toboggan run, swimming pool, horseback riding, forest top walk ...)
