There are 2 indoor fireplaces - 1st floor is a wood burning FP, and on the lower level you will find a gas fireplace in the second living room with kitchen, en-suite bedroom-bath and wine room. There are 2 full size washer and dryers— one W/D upstairs on the second floor for added convenience and the second W/D on the lower level.
The finished lower level offers privacy for guests or nanny with their own living area,complete with 2nd kitchen.
