Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was clean and location was pretty good for walking proximity to everything including the train station.

Negative: The room was about a foot wider than the bed, and this made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel. Same with the bathroom. The lift was very old and couldn't comfortably fit 2 people + 2 bags. The lobby had a bad smell to it. The location is also on a main road which wasn't great for sensitive sleepers like my wife and I. Also there are no staff working at the actual hotel, so you will need to check in and pay the city tax online, which i was hesitant to do after previously getting scammed doing the same thing at another hotel. We made do for 2 nights, but i wouldn't book this hotel for any longer than that as it's not the kind of place to have as your 'home base' when visiting Geneva as it's hard to spend free time relaxing in the room due to the extremely small size. I understand that you get what you pay for, but this hotel wasn't cheap, hence why we felt a little disappointed.
