The apartment of 100m², located on the 1st and 2nd First floor, a family home that guarantees a panoramic view of the Trave, the nature reserve and the forest behind. Often one can observe many deer from here. also other animals feel at home here. On the large pasture there are always horses in the summer.
The apartment has only been completed and is completely furnished. It has been built only for the purpose of being a holiday home. :)
You have the possibility to dine at the dining table in the living room. 5 comfortable rattan chairs are available. The large corner sofa can be pulled out when needed and is a playground. Also, we now have a 117 cm large flat screen TV. Wlan is naturally free of charge. From the living room you reach the balcony facing south-west. It is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to barbecue in the summer. Of course there is also a parasol.
The kitchen has everything a modern household needs. Electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, etc. Of course, you can take his meal here. There is also a children's seat. :)) From the kitchen is a small storage room. There are a barbecue, fans, party games, hair dryer, books, and many useful things ....
The bedroom with double bed, adjustable slatted floor and wardrobe is also in the 1. OG. Here we opted for particularly high-quality mattresses. The bed is well suited for large people because it has no foot end. 2 large windows ensure that it is a bright friendly space, in which one feels comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Through the large window you always have daylight and therefore a nice bright bathroom. Wellness !!! A wall heater can ensure that the towels are cozy and warm.
The entire floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
In the second Upstairs is a beautiful wooden staircase, so you have an open area to the right, in which then a single bed with bedside table, chest of drawers, a chair and a gentleman is. Also this bed has no foot end.

Our front garden looks different every year. But pansies, geraniums and autumn Erika and Co. are always there and of course on your balcony. It is always beautiful colorful! At Christmas time, of course, they get an Advent arrangement and can look from the balcony onto a decorated tree.
