In summer, the idyllic forest swimming pool on the outskirts attracts visitors as well as good hiking and mountain biking opportunities, tours directly from the house, storage room for bicycles (lockable) available.

Sledges are available, are in the storage room at the house (entrance from the rock) or in the entrance area.
Ski rental (alpine / cross-country skiing) and 2 alpine lifts directly in town.
Beautiful toboggan slope max. 5 minutes on foot from the house (just go down the Gippe), 2 toboggan lifts on site, also within walking distance - on the Panoramic (about 10 minutes on foot via a beautiful panoramic path from the Gippe - and opposite the Restaurant Silbertanne, approx . 5 min walk), cross-country trail access also within walking distance, but with the bulky equipment much more pleasant by car.
Ski rental (cross-country skiing) / toboggan slope and good cross-country skiing opportunities also in the neighboring town of Benneckenstein and of course in Braunlage.
Shops (also rolls) 2 minutes walk, several restaurants / cafes, spa gardens and the tourist information are within walking distance.
