Our beautiful, spacious holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. The house is very lovingly furnished and offers on a floor space of about 80 square meters to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed 2x2 m and a large wardrobe. The children's bedroom is equipped with a double bed 2x2m and a wardrobe, two travel cots are available and can be delivered. The living room has a two- and a three-seater sofa, a dining table for 6 people and digital satellite TV system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped from coffee maker to baking pan as well as a fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. From the living room you come through the balcony door directly on the 24 sqm terrace, which is located in a sunny location and invites you to relax. A barbecue is available and can be used. Two parking spaces are available on the property. The natural beach is about 250m and many destinations are within easy reach (eg b.Prora, flint fields in Neu Mukran, old port Sassnitz, the cities Binz and Sellin, Störtebecker Festival)
