We rent our beautiful design house in Dießen am Ammersee near Munich. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly decorated with many original design classics (e.g. B. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, Manufaktum, Hay etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your sole disposal. It is located in a rural location close to the lake, approx. 500m to the lake, very quiet and sunny in a 1000m² idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and a historic chapel in the south. The beautiful Ammersee, forest, meadows, walking and hiking trails are right outside the door. With a living space of approx. 260m² (depending on occupancy), spread over two floors, the house offers enough space for up to eight people (4 bedrooms, 4 double beds). Ideal for two families and family reunions at the Ammersee.
Modern living concept, approx. 70m² bright open living-kitchen and dining area with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters, open fireplace, two bathrooms in a modern design, new fully equipped carpenter kitchen with high-quality Siemens appliances, white oiled oak floorboards throughout the house , partly underfloor heating, several wooden sundecks in the garden, garden furniture from Fermob and fire bowl, fruit trees (apple, walnut) on the property, organic milk, honey and fresh eggs in the immediate vicinity from the farm, Ammersee and restaurants on the lake within 10 minutes on foot , Hiking and biking trails from the house.
The house has been completely refurbished and will be offered as a holiday villa from autumn 2016.
Dießen has over 10,000 inhabitants and is the largest municipality on the western shore of Lake Ammer. As a recognized climatic health resort (533 meters above sea level), Dießen offers its visitors and holidaymakers a wide range of relaxation and entertainment options. The Dießen market is an attractive, self-confident place, where crafts, art and culture can be experienced intensively.
You will also find art and culture in the area and in Pfaffenwinkel, many historic old towns can be reached quickly by car. Augsburg and Munich as well as Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the mountains for hiking and skiing are an hour's drive away.
An 18-hole golf club is located in Hohenpähl, approx. 15 minutes away by car.
Ironed bed linen is provided on arrival on the beds, hand and shower towels, tea towels, care products, hair dryer, spices are available.
