You can expect a 90 sqm, bright, modern furnished apartment, it is distributed over two floors OG and DG.
In the 1st floor. There is a bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and walk-in closet. Next door is a bathroom with bathtub, floor-level shower, double vanity, toilet. Kitchen, dining and living area invite you to linger and be comfortable together. Sofa in the living room extendable for two persons. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, as well as with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. A Mediterranean-style, covered balcony invites you to linger.

Summary: Andrea is so nice! The apartment is very clean. You go upstairs to your apartment and you have the second and third floor. There is a master, kitchen, living area, bathroom and balcony on the second floor. There are two more bedrooms and a toilet bathroom (one half bath) on the third floor. Germany is very conscious of the environment so you have to make a conscious decision of what trash to put in what containers or bags. Even though this is a small town there are a few places to eat that are very good and are within walking distance. It is very safe there. One night we went to one place and the people there had us sit at their table. We didn't know German and they didn't know English. We used our smart phones to communicate and it was so nice and quaint. The owner/manager knew a little English. Andrea was so nice. We told her we were going to be there at a certain time and then had to tell her we were going to be an hour later. She was waiting for us and didn't complain at all. She knew a little English but enough for us to understand. Everyone was so quiet around there. Very nice community. I would definitely stay there again.
