NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2025--King Suite, Awesome location near University and the Capitol, 3 Bedroom 3 Full Bath super spacious home only a mile to University, the Capitol and Cascades Park! You’ll be able to sleep up to 8-10 comfortably in beds as there are 2 bonus rooms with extra beds. We just renovated the home and relisted for August 2025. After a big day going, hang out in the family room on the huge leather couch and relax by the fireplace. Sit back and enjoy the big screen TV, or hit the Game Room for some full-size Foosball, board games like jenga, monopoly, or life. For videogame fans there is a standup video console with 300 classic arcade games. Need to get some work done while out of town? We have a full remote office with adjustable sit/standup desk, insanely fast 1Gig hi-speed internet, multi-power strip and desk light. Both Game Room and Remote Office rooms have full-size beds for additional guest space. When you’re ready for a meal, you can cook anything in our well-stocked kitchens, with every appliance you need. Both Mr.Coffee and Keurig machines. There is a bright dining area with high-top table and chairs. All bedrooms have linens and all bathrooms are well equipped with towels, washcloths and hand towels. Bedrooms are laid out as follows: #1 King Suite has King bed, en-suite full-bathroom with double sink, walk-in closet, twin mirrors, big-screen TV, and luggage racks; #2 Bedroom has King Bed, 42” TV, walk-in closet, luggage racks, and back-door entry access; #3 Bedroom has Queen bed, 42” TV, closet with luggage racks; #4 Game Room has full-sized bed, walk-in closet; #5 Remote Office has full-sized bed, walk-in closet, yoga mats, light weights. Rooms all have strong internet signal with 1Gig speed and home zone booster. Outside, you'll enjoy tailgating under our 10x10 tent with party table, game chairs, and firepit. There is parking on the property for 3 or 4 cars, and additional parking in front of house too.
