Situated on the beach with a view of the Baltic Sea...In green surroundings on the golf course on the Hohen Wieschendorf peninsula between Wismar and Boltenhagen. We have a large property and hardly any neighbours. Located directly on the Baltic Sea beach with sea views, we offer peace and relaxation for the whole family or for you as a couple. You can either use the indoor swimming pool (c.a.9x5 m pool size) or visit the sauna and then relax by the fireplace. You look out over the bay of Wismar - the old Hanseatic city. It is a world heritage site and can be reached quickly. Pass the Gägelow shopping centres and you are at the old harbour in 15 minutes. Schwerin and Rostock are a stone's throw away via the motorway and your holiday home is located on the Hohen Wieschendorf peninsula - surrounded by water and beach. The well-developed cycling and hiking trails make your holiday an experience at any time of year.

Villa with large private swimming pool - for up to 15 people with 6 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor) and 6 shower rooms. One room as a reserve on the ground floor for one person. Always approx. 27 degrees warm water and approx. 29 degrees air temperature. Also suitable for people with a mobile phone. The swimming pool with overflow channel as in public pools has approx. 10m x 4.50m with a water depth of 1.35m. There is also a Finnish sauna in the house and a 3-sided glass fireplace in the living room. It is fuelled by natural gas and starts automatically on request. The internet (W-lan 50 mbit) is free of charge. You have 6 large bedrooms - all with their own shower room. One of them has a bathtub - perfect for small children who don't like showering - you can watch the children in the swimming pool through the panoramic window in the living room and watch TV at the same time. You can listen to music via the TV or via Bluetooth speakers. The seating areas inside and on the large terrace can accommodate up to 14 people. A large awning protects you from the sun and rain - the beach chairs and seats offer a holiday feeling outside. On the top floor there is a cinema with cinema seats and a large screen and great sound. There is also space for games such as chess. There is also a spare bedroom, e.g. for snorers. The linen package includes bed linen and towels. A barbecue is available. The price of the house includes all consumption costs (heating / electricity / water) and the final cleaning, as well as the requested number of persons. Internet is also included. Sauna ( eight E for four hours ) and washer-dryer ( six E for 5 hours ) have a coin-operated heater ( two E coins ) and the fireplace in the house has a remote control, because you do not need to get dried wood - we run the fireplace with gas. You can get this remote control if you pay ten E for the gas in advance for each day of your stay. You would also have to buy wood, which would produce considerably more fine dust. In terms of the environment, our fireplace is therefore more sustainable. And we take care of the cleaning.
The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and is also a visual highlight.
If you book linen (bed linen/towels), then the bed linen is also booked. It would be important for you to indicate which beds are to be made up if you do not occupy all the beds. The laundry does not provide linen for small children in cots.
The playground is for everyone staying in the 3 swimming pool houses. Please be considerate and look after your children. We do not accept any liability.
Infants must wear a swimming nappy in the pool. Please read the safety instructions in the house and the house rules in the entrance area. Bicycles on request.
