The country house built in 1898 belongs to the listed village Gürth/Raun and served as a general shop in the GDR era, but this is history and now you can find the peace and quiet of nature at this generous building. The original charm of the listed brick house with a barn and large site has been revived through renovation and conversion. The house offers generous, inviting and light rooms with a stylish but modest décor. Many carefully selected old pieces and accessories that can be found all around the house give it a special flair. The whole house with around 160m² of living space is for your own exclusive use. It provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room and a kitchen, accommodating up to six people comfortably. The big fireplace stove in the living room is for sure the most popular spot in the whole house. The kitchen in an inviting and light rustic style is equipped with a filter coffee machine, espresso maker, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle etc. All three bedrooms on the upper floor afford a great view of greenery.
