Our holiday home comprises a total of 145m² on 3 levels and invites you and your family and friends to spend some cozy and carefree days here in a comfortable and comfortable environment.
The large garden with a great playground is directly accessible from the house, fenced and is reserved only for you.
Arrival: from 16 clock (Thanks to key safe, the arrival is also possible later.), Departure: until 10 clock or on request later, if possible ;-)
We have equipped your holiday home with everything that families need to "vacation". Everywhere you also have free Wi-Fi ;-)
The initial equipment (such as tea towel, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dish soap, tabs and firewood incl. Lighter) we provide you.
On arrival (from October to April) you have a basket of firewood available.
On the ground floor next to the hallway is a cute bedroom with two single beds and a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower, daylight and washing machine.
The first floor is "for living and living" there! Here are both the spacious living room with fireplace and smart TV and the dining area with large dining table and space for up to 8 adults and small holiday guests.
Our spacious kitchen is equipped with several "small kitchen appliances" and everything important (such as a large fridge, microwave, oven and induction hob). Here it can wonderfully "wurschteln" with a view of the garden.
On the second floor you can relax and enjoy three lovely bedrooms (two with a king size bed and TV and one with a bunk bed) as well as a spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub and large rain shower.
A cozy reading and play corner is located on the adjacent gallery of this floor.
Both staircases in the house we have equipped with staircase blinds, which "block" our little guests the way to the stairs if necessary.
If required, we also provide you with a playpen available.
Before or at the latest on arrival, a deposit of EUR 150 is due, which of course is refunded after a "decent" departure.
It should be noted at this point that the outdoor area of our house in the spring of this year 2019 again completely "dressed up" and we now next to a sun terrace with seating, chairs and beach umbrella all summer amenities (such as grill and fire basket) and a great Playground can hold.
In the immediate vicinity invites the Stieger lake to a circumnavigation, want to explore about 500 km of trails and can be quite a few more destinations easy and fast reach.
The company "Harzdrenalin" in Wendefurth, 15 km away, known for wallrunning at the dam, the double rope slide over the precipice of the dam and the world's longest suspension bridge of its kind will make your stay unforgettable.
