The train station is 2.5 km away, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Heitersheim is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Alsace, and Switzerland. Europa Park can be reached in less than an hour. Several thermal baths are nearby. Heitersheim offers excellent conditions for hiking, walking, cycling, and other sports activities. Within walking distance, you will find a tennis court, a large adventure playground, and a heated swimming pool. In town, you will find shops, doctors, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants – from pizzerias to traditional wine taverns, all easily accessible on foot.
