This is a new and modern holiday apartment by the forest with its own separate entrance and a lawn. It is suitable for four persons and a baby. It comprises a bathroom with a shower and steam bath, two bedrooms, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and underfloor heating except for the second bedroom. The entrance area has a wardrobe with shelves. The first bedroom is furnished with a big double bed and open wooden shelving, the second with a double bed 140cm wide and two open wooden shelves. The bathroom features an integrated steam bath, as well as a washbasin, a shower and a WC. You can self-cater in the fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, extractor fan, toaster, coffee machine, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has a flatscreen TV (102cm) with satellite channels and Internet radio via the integrated stereo system.
The garden provides seating, a grill, table tennis and a wooden pergola. There is a lawn just over the road by the edge of the forest. The site measures around 500m².
As special features, the house offers free ski rental, please contact the owner. The house was also fully renovated in 2016, so everything is practically new.
In the area you can find shopping facilities, a natural forest pool 5km away and various restaurants (0.3 to 5km). The ski lift and summer luge are just 200 metres away.
