This bright, 51 m2, very quiet loft apartment in a house with four residential units, is the ideal starting point for your stay in the Ruhr area.
It is suitable for tourists, business people and early booking for students who have to spend a semester in another city.

The original layout of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower.
In the sleeping area a double bed 1.8 mx 2.0 m with spacious walk-in closet. A travel bed 0,80 * 1,90 meters is available.
