Positive: We genuinely loved everything about our stay. From the exceptional customer service. Lena supported us even before arrival with detailed instructions and videos, and made sure everything was perfect despite our late check-in to the warm welcome with the sauna already heated. The property itself far exceeded our expectations: beautifully designed, spotless, thoughtfully equipped down to the smallest kitchen item, and set in a stunning landscape. It quickly became our family’s favorite escape in Germany, and we will definitely return again and again.

Negative: Honestly, the only thing we didn’t like was having to leave. Time simply went by too fast in such a wonderful place.
