Summary: This was the most amazing property and hosts we came across during our travels in Germany and France. There were not too many pictures of the apartment on Expedia when I booked, but the apartment surpassed all of our expectations. The apartment was very big, all rooms were very big. The hosts were simply amazing. It took a little while before I got a reply when I first messaged them on Expedia but once we were at the apartment they were quick to help and so welcoming. They offered great suggestions for restaurants near by. They supplied a number of items in the kitchen that are never typically available in other rentals, such has coffee, coco powder, icing sugar, oil, jam, etc. the place even had a washing machine (which was not advertised in the booking). It was a great surprise. The hosts even let us borrow their drying rack for the 3 days we were there. Location is great, as long as you have a car. It is about 22 minutes from Rothenburg and 30 minutes from Dinkelsbühl (a great little town to visit if in the area). Apparently the host makes home made pizza. We did not get to try it. The wife offers massages and painting classes, which we were not able to try either due to time constraints on our part. I would highly recommend this apartment and these hosts. The wifi was great. The hot water was plenty. The beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. We were really sad to have to leave.
