Our centrally located, 2016 newly renovated and fully renovated 3-room apartment is located near the new Gummersbach town center, the Steinmüllergelände. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 6-party house in a quiet residential street. From there you reach in max. Ten minutes by foot to the railway station, the shopping center forum, the technical college, the cultural center hall 32 and, of course, the "old" Gummersbach city center. There are still many owner-run, small shops, cafes, restaurants, schools, kindergartens and everything else you need for everyday life.
Our apartment has kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and bedroom and is fully furnished - but not crowded ....
