Die Ausstattung (Leinenbettwäsche, fast durchgängig Zirbenholzbetten, Teak-Outdoormöbel, portugiesische Luxus-Baumwollhandtücher, Designer-Armaturen, Regenduschen etc. pp.) ist sehr hochwertig und einheitlich. Die Atmosphäre ist skandinavisch hyggelig. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage an einem Südhang mitten am Waldrand mit Blick ins Kinzigtal. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in gut 1 km Nähe. Jede Wohnung hat ihren eigenen Außenbereich bzw. die beiden oberen Wohnungen große Balkone bzw. Dachterrasse. Jede Wohnung ist mit einer neuen, modernen Küche ausgestattet. Freies W-LAN, viele Freiflächen, großer Entertainmentbereich mit Grill und Feuerstelle, mehrere Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Für Seminare nach Absprache geeignet (Vollpension möglich).
