The 54 m² holiday home for max. 4 persons is located on a 500 m² separate and fully fenced recreational property (for exclusive use) within a small holiday home development directly on Lake Malchin. The bathing beach with snack bar and restaurant is only about 100 metres away. The holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2020, is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, hi-fi, wood-burning stove), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x rollaway bed), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. The accommodation is heated by electric heating and a fireplace (initial supply of firewood free of charge), a furnished terrace, a gazebo, barbecue with additional bar table, bicycle storage facilities, car park and a W-LAN box. A pedalo can be hired on request for a fee.
Total price incl. bed linen, towels and water consumption. To be paid on site: Electricity costs according to consumption (according to the currently valid tariffs of Stadtwerke Teterow), on request: pedal boat 12 EUR/hour.
Dahmen is a holiday resort on the southern shore of Lake Malchin in the middle of Mecklenburg Switzerland, a rather hilly region by Mecklenburg standards. There is a campsite, a youth hostel, restaurants and a large bathing beach in the village. Shopping facilities can be found in the neighbouring small towns of Teterow or Malchin (approx. 12 km).
