Positive: Everything

Negative: The procedure of payment is cumbersome. I was expecting the money to be taken automatically like normally on booking or paying on site. Forget about it. I had to pay in two instalments to two different german accounts via bank transfer and additionally the city tax onsite when we arrived. By far most complicated I’ve been around the world.
