Summary: Room changed 3 times. First room: urine smell. Second room: roach, stains, filthy floor. 3rd room: burner not working, floor dirty. Utensils and cookware old and worn. The smell of the hotel was musty, and the floors were dirty from stairs, elevator and hallways. Staff was ready to accommodate the best they could.
