Positive: Tram bus at proximity, supermarket nearby, rooms Spacious enough, nice equipped kitchen except microwave, one bedroom, WiFi and TV connected on line, shower/WC working well, washing machine. Doorbell with Videocamera

Negative: Very Difficult to park your car. Bed mattress quiet hard! 2nd floor with no elevator, automatic light in the apartment hall can bevery annoying, no microwave in kitchen. (The owner was nice, but he tried to claim 20€/day more because my gf visited me, I did not accept such an outrageous claim because I rented one bedroom apartment not an hotel room).

Summary: Spacious apartment, equiped, dodgy area difficult to park but public transport nearby
