French doors lead to this guest room which is separated from the house with a sliding wall. Your private bedroom and bathroom have everything you need for a cozy stay. Please do not use the kitchen but you have some basic amenities in your room. The real crowning jewel of our property is the waterfront where you can see the most stunning sunsets, rent our kayaks, or have a swim! No smoking, animals, or fishing. No refunds.

Quaint little sunroom/guestroom with Queen bed of typical size FL Keys style. Offer you Private entrance through French doors from the Hardwood hammock garden. Just to be clear it’s like visiting family and you have your private guest room with a private restroom that you can easily walk to just beyond your sliding wall. The lavatory is solely dedicated to you (the guest) during your stay. To be clear about privacy- a sliding 3 door wall, similar to IKEA sliding walls, acts as privacy for your room which is to be closed at all times. The Kitchen and Livingroom are for the owners use only and these areas act as a divide between your room and the owners quarters.
Outside patio dining and seating for your shady outdoor relaxation. Electric grill is available for your use. Please grill with care. Unplug when your finished and clean up after yourselves as this is not included in your stay. If you plan to grill, please bring what you’ll need, cooking and serving utensils, plates, oil & spices.
You have access to walk the entire estate and access to the beach/waterfront. This estate is gated and very private. Please respect the quiet and privacy of others on property. We kindly ask you to not enter the additional 2 homes on the estate as these are either occupied by the owners or their guests. The owners live on property and are available for questions and suggestions. As we do not live in a neighborhood the private property is relaxing and quiet.
We do have taxis and limited bus services available.
We love our home so much that we've built a safe living aquarium in our lagoon area. Since 1970's we have fed our fish and encouraged it natural growth. There are NO sharks or harmful sea-life around our waterfront, just beautiful sites under the water. We're part of the Marine Sanctuary and encourage you to assist us in saving our lovely sea-life. Thank you for understanding there is absolutely No Fishing permitted. To obtain a fishing recreational license, for off property use, please inquire with Key Largo Chamber of Commerce. We offer a wonderful list of fishing guides for both deep sea and back country.

We don't reside in a neighborhood we are a 2 acre private gated estate directly on the Gulf Of Mexico with sunsets. This is more than just a room we're similar to a boutique resort.
Taxis, buses, Uber, Lyft are available. I'm an uber/Lyft driver and happy to help out if needed.
Key West 2 hours away, South Beach 1.5 hours. Ft. Lauderdale Airport 2 hours. Miami International Airport 1.5 hours.
All the listed attractions are minutes away: African Queen, John Pennekamp Glass Bottom Boat, Everglades National Park, Parasailing, Christ of the Deep. Schelbys Winery
