The main floor has a kitchen, dining, living, family and sitting rooms and half bath.
The lower level apartment has 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twins, and one with a full size. There's a bath with a shower only, a kitchenette, a sitting room, and another washer and dryer. This floor sleeps 4 more people and can be rented with the main house for an additional $1000.
