The 44 square meter living-bedroom with open kitchen and large counter with bar stools, offers plenty of space to linger and work. Dining table with chairs, sofa (can be folded out as a double bed) with side table, TV, 2 sideboards, large shelf, coat rack and closet. The sleeping area can be partitioned off and has a 140 x 200 double bed.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly opposite in the building in a separate communal room. This laundry and storage room is at ground level and lockable. There is also space for storing drinks, bicycles or golf baggage. The parking lot is well lit. Exterior lighting also creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening
