Welcome to our fully modernized and lovingly furnished holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2015. Centrally and yet quietly located, Wilhelmine is the ideal starting point for excursions into the scenic surroundings with its numerous lakes and forests. The Baltic Sea beaches, Kiel, and Laboe can be reached after a 25-30 minute drive.
The approximately 100 m² house is located in a quiet residential area and offers space for 2-4 people on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the hallway and kitchen with old terrazzo flooring as well as the large living-dining room with pitch pine flooring and a Danish stove for the cooler season. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The small modern bathroom with a walk-in real glass shower cubicle is also on the ground floor and comes with a hairdryer, towel warmer, and bathroom utensils. The two large bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a 180 cm and 160 cm wide double bed, providing the highest sleeping comfort. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds for darkening.
The 25 sqm terrace facing south-east is equipped with a beach chair and a Weber grill and invites you to relax, as does the large garden with old trees. At the end of the garden, there is a chicken coop with 20 chickens, which we take care of. It is important to mention that only hens are happily clucking at home there. The property has 2 parking spaces on the premises.
Preetz train station and shopping facilities are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The Preetz lake landscape and the neighboring Probstei are a dream for cyclists and offer numerous paths past fields, meadows, and forests.
