This home, on what is affectionately called California's Riviera, in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente, as it is between these two seaside communities. It is less than 45 miles from the airport and minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo makes it easy to create a memorable day's adventure.
This lower-level property features a deck with a sweeping ocean view. High-top stools at the kitchen bar make eating together easy, especially with additional seating on the deck.
