This unique property features two complete living spaces: a ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms and a main house spanning floors 2-3, perfect for multi-family reunions or large groups.
The ground floor apartment offers a king and queen bedroom, each with private bathrooms. The main house provides 5 additional bedrooms (4 queens, 1 king) across two floors. Each floor has its own full kitchen and washer/dryer, so you can split cooking duties and keep everyone's beach gear clean.
Your private pool and turf yard create the perfect gathering spot after beach days, while two propane grills let you barbecue for the whole crew. Ocean-view balconies provide front-row seats for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Dual kitchens mean no waiting in line for breakfast prep when feeding 14 people.
