Our little village is situated in a quiet location in the Vorderpfalz near Speyer, 5 km from the river Rhine, between Mannheim and Karlsruhe, directly at the B 39. Connection to B9, A 61, A5, A6 in a few minutes. It is an apartment in the basement, with garden access and small terrace. This location is considered by many guests to be particularly pleasant, because of the peace and coolness in summer, when the outside temperatures, as often in summer in the Vorderpfalz, reach over 30 °. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for fitters. It can sleep 2 adults in a double bed, the sofa bed in the living room can be used by another child up to 16 years.
