Upstairs there are three double bedrooms each with their own bathroom as well as a small single room with extra bathroom next door. The balcony room has two reclaimed antique beds, which can be made as a double bed on request. The two double rooms to the market side form a small suite of 5 rooms incl. Bathrooms, with a TV salon in the middle.
On the ground floor there is another TV / game room, a dining room in the listed colonial shop, a toilet with washing machine and the historically preserved kitchen, which is equipped with dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. In an extra storage room there is a fridge with three freezer drawers, storage space and a small safe in the closet. The library of 500 art books and fiction also has a small children's section, although the house is not generally suitable for children.
The garden to Gerberbach has several terraces with comfortable garden furniture, a large and a small barbecue. Ladder golf, boules, badminton etc. are available.
The picturesque old town with a variety of restaurants (6 offers within 180 m, restaurants, beer garden, lunch canteen, snack bar to the bakery, where you can order the breakfast table) is within walking distance.
