The year-round, centrally heated, non-smoking house (smoking permitted outside) has a large living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), three bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed, 1 x lounger and cot), a bathroom (shower, WC, underfloor heating, hairdryer) and a hallway with a small utility room.
There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, further recreational facilities on the extensive grounds, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a children's play area, toys and a high chair.
