This beautiful, 190 square-metre flat is situated in an eighteenth-century building with high coffered ceilings and antique fired brick floors located in a lovely piazza in the heart of Rome. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
The building is located in a small piazza where there is a picturesque food an flowers market; a lovely patch of colour in the heart of the city. Very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona; Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain are just a short walk away. It is the ideal place from where to start your journey through Rome and get lost in its small alleys. This neighbourhood is the home to the main monuments and historical places of the capital and the most famous shopping streets, via del Corso, via di Campo Marzio , via Condotti etc.
The flat is made up of 4 big bedrooms (3 double and one with 2 French beds), a big kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and two big entrance halls, as it is on two floors. In 2016 a new Air Conditioning sistem has been installed at the second floor, in addition to the existing one at the first floor. All the rooms of the apartment (4 bedrooms, siting room, kitchen) have an indipendent AC system.
The flat is equipped with tv, internet, wi-fi, pc workstation and a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). The bed linen and towels are included in the price.
