In idyllic tranquillity and a family atmosphere, away from the noise of the city, on a British Longhorn farm, there are two holiday apartments for 2 and 4 people on the approx. 300 sqm fenced property in the semi-detached house of a residential building built in 2017. They are sustainably powered by large-scale solar panels on the stable and barn, where guests can still experience real country life up close alongside a rustic herd of suckler cows, chickens, sheep and goats of old breeds are kept in extensive pasture farming. Geese and cranes, among others, feel at home in the open forest and meadow landscape in front of the terrace or balcony. The quiet location of the apartments, slightly away from the village, is an ideal starting point for extensive cycling tours. The area also offers countless hiking trails, bathing spots and other excursions for adults and children.
This centrally heated, non-smoking flat with separate entrance is located on the ground floor (40 sqm) of the house and can be reached via a shared hallway. The apartment is equipped with a living room, sitting area with upholstered suite (dining table, flat screen TV), open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), bathroom (shower, WC) and terrace.
