The town centre with shopping facilities, restaurants and the popular ice cream parlour are also just a few minutes away.
The approx. 60 m², centrally heated, non-smoking apartment with insect screens on the windows has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining area), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, small sitting area, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, cot) and a hallway. The bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) is separate from the apartment and can be reached via an intermediate corridor. There is also a furnished terrace with an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing, a lockable bicycle storage room, a car park and WiFi.

Burg Stargard is a small town about 10 kilometres from the regional centre of Neubrandenburg and Lake Tollensesee with good bathing opportunities. The townscape is characterised by historic buildings and wooded surroundings. The most famous landmark is the hilltop castle of Burg Stargard. It is the most northerly hilltop castle in Germany. In addition to a unique view over the entire region from the keep, the medieval castle grounds with museum, castle park and herb garden offer places to linger. Guided tours are also available. The castle also hosts the famous Stargard Castle Festival and other events every year.
The Marie-Hager-Haus in the town offers changing exhibitions. Not far from the market square, where the town church is also located, is the famous Pinguin ice cream parlour, whose ice cream has been popular with locals and visitors for more than 60 years. Walks through the historic old town and along the mill pond in wooded surroundings are recommended at any time of year. There is also a summer toboggan run and two riding stables in the town. Burg Stargard has several shops, restaurants and pubs as well as a railway station. The lake-rich area around Feldberg is around 20 kilometres away.
