Positive: Good location, overall clean, price is fair.

Negative: Bathroom was without hot water the first day (fixed the next day) and it can't be locked. Kitchen has essentials but many things don't work with induction, so not really usable. There were old bedsheets forgotten in the room. We asked if it was possible to leave our luggages somewhere in the facility the day before leaving but didn't receive any reply until the next day, hours after checkout time when we already left.
